LONDON, August 8, 2008- A mother and her 5 year old daughter join hundreds to protest against the 2008 Beijing Olympics across from the Chinese Embassy on the opening day of the games. Hundreds of Tibetans, Tibet supporters along with Burma Democratic Concern, Zimbabwe Vigil, Sudan Organisation Against Torture, and Reporters Without Borders, who have all been affected by the Chinese government?s foreign policy and arms trade, shout anti-Chinese government slogans. Waving banners and placards, they supported the victims whose deaths were allegedly sanctioned by dictators supported by China. The 216 Tibetans killed demonstrating in Tibet this year are symbolically represented by silhouettes and red gags. ..
